Querido, the firm representing family-owned properties like Borgo Egnazia, Palazzo Avino, and São Lourenço do Barrocal, has debuted its Querido Rockstars. The program encourages consumers to book the collection’s hotels and resorts directly through a trusted and vetted travel advisor, as a way to re-start European travel and support the valued advisor community.
The Querido website provides a curated list of leading advisors, noting key tips, favorite memories and recommendations, all based on their firsthand experiences at Querido hotels. Consumers will be paired with advisors based on profile, including interests, locations and specialties with the goal of fostering long-term relationships between travelers and regional specialists.
The Rockstars program, Querido says, was developed with the intention to showcase its commitment to the travel advisor community by creating a platform that connects the consumer with a vetted travel advisor directly.
There are currently 100 members in the program, including many top travel advisors in North America. Querido says each travel advisor is worldly, extremely well connected, enjoyable to work with and has the ability to enhance trips based on the destination, property expertise and personal relationships with the various Querido families.
To qualify as a Querido Rockstar the advisors are required to meet the following criteria:
Querido is a firm launched in 2012 by Carlos Quereda. The portfolio currently includes 18 hotels and two yachts from five different European countries, with offices in New York City, Los Angeles and Vancouver.
